Michael's real estate career started when he bought his first house at 18. Now over 40 years of experience later, Michael has three employees and works in all lines of real estate including commercial, residential and multi-family. His home base is Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo County, but he has done deals all over the United Stated and also in Costa Rica. He's sold and leased hundreds of millions in commercial property over the years from small, free standing commercial buildings to shopping centers and he is well versed in all aspects of commercial property sales.
His small but mighty team is one of the top producing teams on the Central Coast. They are all about helping people achieve their dreams and their intention for their life through great real estate transactions. Michael always approaches transactions as though it was his property that he's buying, selling or leasing.
His team and he are proactive in getting listings sold. Their goal is not to collect listings but to move the property that they have listed quickly and get a great price for the sellers.
Michael also loves to do acquisitions regardless of the size… He loves to see “the look” on people's faces when they walk onto that they were meant to be in.
