Biography

Mr. Lysinger is a 20-year veteran of the real estate industry having spent time on both the transaction
brokerage and property improvement sides of the business. He operates with the utmost integrity and
takes very seriously his fiduciary to his clients. He had his own small development business as well as a
real estate brokerage and actively deployed his own assets as well as those of other investors. He is
detail and project management oriented and stays integrally involved in matters of diligence. Every
transaction and client engagement can be a little different. Mr. Lysinger has experience with all phases
of commercial real estate development, acquisition and divestiture, and leasing. He can engage with
clients and their professional service providers deployed all through the transaction. The professional
