followed by earning an associate degree in graphic design. Not one to shy away from
challenges, Gary spent four years in the prestigious U.S. Marine Corps, where he
honed his discipline, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

With a commitment to continuous learning, Gary expanded his expertise to the field of
engineering, acquiring proficiency in AutoCAD. His journey then led him to the dynamic
world of business, where he served as a Purchasing Director in the beef industry. In this
role, Gary showcased his strategic acumen and negotiation skills, contributing
significantly to the success of the organizations he served.

Currently making waves in Commercial Real Estate, Gary is on a mission to elevate his
professional standing. His dedication is evident in his pursuit of the esteemed CCIM
designation, a testament to his commitment to excellence in the field. In 2023, Gary
stands proudly among the RE/MAX Commercial top 100, a remarkable achievement
underscoring his impact and influence in the competitive realm of real estate.
On the personal front, Gary is happily married and is a proud father of three children.
